The year is 1977, and Lord Voldemort’s forces are growing stronger. With the the end of the Marauders’ time at Hogwarts drawing closer, everyone is forced to choose a side.

The Harry Potter fandom finally has a chance to get a movie about the Marauder’s era! The Gathering Storm: A Marauders Fan Film is a fan-made film about the Marauders’ sixth year at Hogwarts, and the events that lead to their places in the First Wizarding War; of course, everything based on the stories and events of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series.
But here’s the condition: the people who are working on this movie need to reach $40,000 by April 22, 2014, otherwise they can’t make this happen
We can’t lose this opportunity! We need everyone’s help.
Please, go HERE and donate, because they need a lot of money to pay things such as locations, costumes, camera & equipment and visual effects. It doesn’t matter if you can’t afford to send a lot of money: every little donation helps, because if we all donate something then all the money together will surely reach the final amount! And if you can’t donate money, here’s what you can do: spread the world. Tell everyone you know, make sure every single Potterhead knows about this project.

"We are only as strong as we are united". Together we can make this happen!

A friendly PSA from Annabeth.

NB: I’d like to just say that there is a HUGE difference between legitimate, well thought out criticism of characters/writing, and mindlessly hating on a female character for something as basic as not finding a male character attractive, and nothing more. Trust me, I’ve had people doing the latter on my Piper art, and it’s just very disheartening and upsetting.

Harry doesn’t talk about the war. It wasn’t always that way, and after the war it was all he would speak of, his head on her knees in the yard at the Borrow, tearing grass leaves to shreds. He would recall the battles and the colors and the scents of Hogwarts burning, do you remember that, Hermione? Of course she did, and she would nod and hum an ascent and brush his hair off his face like the small gesture could do something, like she could touch that scar of his and send some healing power she didn’t even possess into his skin and fix—anything. A preposterous notion, of course. But Hermione protects Harry. That’s what she does. Harry saves the Wizarding World and Hermione saves Harry and the world turns on its axis, unaware. (x)

can you imagine like 100 years after the war with gaea is over and all of the seven is dead and then on a quest some child of hades summons a ghost and it’s percy and he just gives them max amounts of sass instead of legitimately helping them

so someone has to press the button for twelve minutes in order for the elevator to lift from tartarus to the mortal world…

who held it for nico?

Bob.

actually, just for clarification, nico did
not make it out of tartarus by his own hand. moa says he was overwhelmed and captured by gaea’s army either at the very start of his trek through it, or at the doors (tbh i can’t remember). so he didn’t have to hold the door for himself. one of the titans probably did, as they were in hoh.
